I just found out that i have a shoulder seperation, im pretty sure its grade 3 but i saw that you might need surgery but i dont want to go to a chiropractor because they might make me have supgery.

what should i do ?

what are the other grades(4 and up) i dont know how i know if i have it.

If you really do have a grade 3 separation, surgery isn't that likely. A grade 3 is usually treated with treated with ice, anti-inflammatories, and a sling. If you have a grade 4 or more, that's usually surgery.
Of course I haven't seen your xrays or done an exam, but that's the usual course.
You really should see a chiropractor or orthopedist anyway. Only a real time exam can determine for sure what you need. Remember, nobody can "make" you have surgery, ever. But they can give you their best professional opinion on your injury and what would be best for it.

Where exactly is your separation? Shoulder separation is a vague term. So many ligament around the shoulder that you could tear. Usually, when separation is used in the shoulder, it refers to the acromio-clavicular ligament. Is this it?

have the surgery don't wimp out you won't die before your time . least you will be healing if successful !
