i want to know how do i know which number is my top number because sometimes u hear interuptions before getting that number

with a stethoscope, you'll heart the heart beat and that's the number you record

interruptions? What? ok you hear the heart beat....it's very clear and that's your top number, when the heartbeat stops, that's your bottom number....got it?

I'm confused by your question....my preferred way to hear is with my ears, but are you looking for a number or a way to GET the number?
