Well, before I was diagnosed with REM Disorder & Narcolepsy, I used to take super charged vitamins, tons of Vitamin B, guarana, etc. Stop the coffee - it makes it much worse. After you withdraw from coffee, you will stop coming up and down - crashing when the caffiene wears off.
Remember - it's not the fall that kills you - it's the sudden stop.
I would tell you to see a sleep specialist. You are tired all the time for a reason.
When I thought I was sleeping through the night and could not explain my exhaustion the next day I thought it was just me. After a sleep test, it was discovered that I was not actually waking up in the night - but my brain was - this disrupts your deep sleep - and you need this to get through each day.

Seems like a problem with blood sugar level. Better get it checked. And the solution is not to increase sugary foods. That could cause diabetes...The idea is to excersise. That will boost energy.

I believe iron deficiency is also a common cause for a lack of energy in women. You might look into that as well. Eating small fruit snacks throughout the day also might help.

Check with a doctor. There could be a number of reasons why you are constantly tired. Diabetes, low iron etc.

Mix some brewers yeast in with a glass of juice. You'll be bouncing off the walls with more energy than you can contain!

If you can, do a few jumping jacks when you start to get tired. Or some other quick exercise to get your blood flowing.

opposite to universal concept, espresso does no longer wake you up. you'll ought to drink it at the same time as you've been dozing! you need to be asleep to awaken (purely fooling around the following). yet heavily, to keep your self up with espresso, you'll ought to drink it continually in the course of the day. in case you want to "stay unsleeping" (no longer "awaken" because I doubt you're dozing), you are able to play loud music, run-round, jog in position, or play basketball. Be lively. in case you somewhat favor to "awaken" then I recommend taking a snooze... in problem-free words then will you "awaken".
