even if they did not look like they broke the skin, there is always the possibility of micro-abrasions (tiny breaks in your skin that you might not see) and other ways for rabies, etc to enter your skin. I would suggest you at least call your doctor and ask if they want to see you.
But don't be overly-worried either, I'm probably exaggerating a little.

Although they are probably sore and not pretty as bruises if the skin is not broken then you are relatively safe how ever being bitten 2 x in one week brings up a concern is it possibly the approach or the dogs them self If you are at a park the owner of the pet needs to step up to plate and stop their dogs from biting. Also if you are not current on your tetnus shots I would look into that as dirt carries tetnus and we all know dogs love to eat grass. You can not assume that these pets are vaccinated against rabies so there for use caution when approaching a strange pet.

For small dogs, their bites can be dangerous because their small teeth can be as sharp as razors, and you could bleed to death from a severed vein.
For large dogs, their bite can be dangerous because their larger teeth and jaw muscles and break your bones or literally tear the skin and muscles off your bones.
You may want to examine how you are approaching the dogs to try to figure out why they are biting you. You can also do some things to help minimize your risk, such as wrapping your arm in an old shirt beforehand, or learning how to jam your fist into a dog's mouth to prevent them from clamping down, or learning dog speak for submitting to a pack leader.

Not dangerous if they didn't break the skin. If they do call the doctor right away. Also, stop going to that park! My sister had half her lip torn off by a dog at age 3, we sewed!

Probably not. You really have to break the skin to get an infection. Go to the doctor if you have a good bit of swelling or start to see long red streaks going up your arm (cellulitis).

Those bites are never lethal.
However, if you get a rash or irritation around the bruise, you should see a specialist or doctor.

Yes, dog bites can transmit many diseases, including rabies. They are nothing to take casually.

No. Only if they break the skin there would be potential for rabies and other damage.
