Try putting toothpaste on it.

Try using cleanser - on all of your face, cause it will help spots appearing. Then, put a little bit of toothpaste onto the spot on your nose, leave it on overnight (put it on before you go to bed) and then take it off when you wake up. You might need to do it a couple of times, but it will work really well. It might sting for a couple of seconds - but dont worry about that, its a good sign! :)

I would get it seen by a doctor and tell the doctor what happened. I wouldn't believe in any other remmedy unless the doctor told me to do so. I wouldn't want to make it worse than it already is.
