i also have a lot of headaches, and I feel sinus pressure, but no pain.

It's probably mucus, or a foreign object. Not to scare you, but maybe a bug? I'd try peering up there with a flashlight, or using nasal spray. If all else fails, a doctor can only help, and there is such a thing as too late in case of infection.

You could have acute sinusitis. When you get allergies and sinus infections, scar tissure is left behind in your sinuses. It makes it harder to breathe through your nose, sinus pressure, and headaches. I would talk to your doctor about a more specific diagnosis, and ask them about sinusitis and what medications can help. Good luck.

Your nerves go around your eyebrow, the bridge of your nose, and around the mouth to the clep in the chin. The sensation that you're feeling is probally your nerves.
