I am a 14 year old guy. This morning I went to the bathroom and there was a lot of blood in my urine! And I haven't done anything out of the normal lately.

What's wrong?

started a couple of years ago just feeling not right in between my groin and right leg,went to docs and he found nothing wrong. since then its got gradually worse but only when spreading my leg open. this is sometimes accompanied by a painful click. no pain when walking/running but hurts when getting in/out of the car for example.any ideas before i visit the doc again?

I recently began taking morning power walks to try and take off a few pounds, Wednesday I go for a routine physical. I want to make sure that my blood pressure reading is accurate, should I skip my morning power walk? The appointment is for 3:30 PM. Would this type of exercise raise my blood pressure due to the increased heart rate etc.?
