i sleep late at night .. sumtimes even at 4 am..its not that i have to work..i actually do nothing.I just use computer or roam around.I don't usually sleep at day. Is it the same thing whether i sleep at 10 pm or 12 midnight...as long as i get 8 hrs of sleep????

i hit my toe on a piece of workout equipment and instantly saw 'stars' . this was about a half hour ago - the pain is worse and it looks to be swelling a bit and the pain is going halfway up the foot. i have broken bones but was too young to remember it.

i do know from my mom (she's broken several) that all the hospital will do is *literally* put a bandaid on it b/c they can't set a bone that small. just wondering if i broke it or just contused it.

I had an extensive hernia repair surgery late May, and to deal with the pain and swelling, I had/have been taking 200 mg of ibuprofen once a night for the last 2 months, on top of the Hydro-ibuprofen combination the doctor told me to take the first month . I don't drink alcohol, but I have Crohn's, and I take 100 mg 6-MP (another probable Hepatotoxic) a day. My liver results have always come back fine, but that was all pre-op. Do I need to worry about this?? Should I go to the Crohn's doctor and request more blood work, or just wait until the next appointment in November? If the combination of 6-mp and ibuprofen caused some kind of liver damage, what symptoms would I look for? Thank you for your time.

I went to a concert yesterday and it was amazing, in case you wanted to know. XD 10 bands for 10 bucks. Only problem is I can hear a faint whining noise in the background and everything is a little muffled. I know this is to be expected because it was a six hour concert and I was in the front row. But what should I do? It has me worried.

i read a few things about eye lid tape and i wanted to try it.. but since it gives you a "double" eye lid and my eye isnt really double(one of my eyes are creased, the other one isnt), i was wondering if i could make my single lid the same as the other.

I am 20 years old and I've been losing hair for the last 3 years or so, though at the time everyone said it was normal to lose hair. However, I am losing a lot of hair every day. Today, my mom remarked that I have less than half the volume of hair I had three years ago... I can't even use tiny ponytail holders without twisting them twice around my hair. I seem to shed hair all the time (in the car, sitting down, in the wind, etc)... I don't ever put my hair up because I'm afraid of pulling hair out. Is there something I can eat (am I missing vitamins in my diet) or shampoos or treaments I can use??
The only cause I can think of is that I used to nanny little kids a few years ago, and they would "brush" my hair and I lost a lot of hair during those months.. would it have caused permanent damage that would continue me to lose my hair? And is there anything I can do?

Lately my man and I have been going out of our minds with the concern of bugs in our place. In the bed, clothes piles bathroom, on us, general areas where youd have concern for a decent habitat to grow..... We live in an apartment with ALL laminate flooring and NO cartpet other then area rugs. We have 2 cats that two weeks ago got the best flea treatments to. we have no concern for a flea problem. I feel that theres something here, but my man thinks our house is infested to the point of constant anxiety, he wants to grab a hotel this evening. he is getting attacked or/and actually seeing them. If the problem is that bad cause Im not getting or seeing them myself, but i do think i have some what could be bites on my body? Anyway, What do I do?

I have an ACL tear and I posted a question today about the best method of repair, and everyone is saying you must pick a good surgeon. I live in California and there are many doctors here. My surgeon is a stanford grad. and woked with navy seals, but how do I know find the best (or one of the best) surgeons??

Where can I get the statistics, reviews, etc. How do I know how many successful surgeries he had and what is defined as 'success'?
