I used to have the same prob, solution is to revamp sleep schedule. You stay up 3 hours later each day for about 5 days untill you reach an agreeable sleep pattern.
So for the first day go to sleep at 7 am and wake up 8 hours later, the next day go to sleep at 10am and so on until you are going to sleep around 9pm or so. Also using the computer makes you stay up longer, set a time limit on it after you get back to normal.

Sometimes people need a lot of sleep because they are depressed and want to sleep to avoid looking at the things that depress them. Prisoners sleep a lot because they are so bored there is nothing else to do. The amount of sleep a person needs, and how tired they feel, is not always a physical thing. Try taking some St. John's Wort capsules (according to package directions, of course), and see if that doesn't help. People will tell you it's only good for minor depression. I say fine; if you are able to type a question in Yahoo! Answers, your depression is not too major.

But St. John's Wort only works as a chance to feel like doing something about your life to make it better; it is not a cure-all. I call it my good faith attempt to have a good attitude. It works pretty well for me.

you're getting 10 hours of sleep, and that might be just a little bit too much. try waking up a little bit earlier. also, if you're slightly colder than usual, your body won't move as much and you'll get a better sleep with less tossing and turning. did something happen in your life that is giving you nightmares? because they can make your mind work too hard and end up making you more tired. one last thing? are you depressed? cuz that can make you tired, both physically and emotionallly/mentally.

I think that I have same problem like you, too. Cuz I have bad nightmare and felt some one pushes me to wake up then and, go to get some water. I have felt odd inside of my body. I am agree with you.
