Yes if properly regulated. It's no more harmful than alcohol or cigarettes and recent studies have shown, unlike cigarettes, it doesn't cause lung cancer.

I think so, but then it would be sold by retailers and taxed by the government, and that should not be legal. It's a weed and grows wild, it should be legal to those who knows where it grows. HA, HA
