hopefully it will stop by tomorrow
if not, you should see the doctor
it's not true that it's related to sex, if blood is truly coming out of your urethra and not your vagina then there is a problem

Blood in your urine is a sign of a serious problem. Sometimes when you have a UTI long enough untreated, it can go higher into the bladder, ureters and/or kidneys. Kidney infection is a serious problem, requires antibiotics as soon as possible. If untreated, may lead to kidney failure or sepsis (blood poisoning).
Please see a doctor.

Go to a Dr.
Is this only after sex?

Please, go see a doctor. The burning sensation was an indicator of a more serious problem.
