you may have wax or fluid in them i would go to the doctor and have them checked out the doctor can prescribe something for the ringing which is also known as tinitus

You may also have high blood pressure. My ears ring when I forget to take my meds.

If it's tinitis there really isn't much you can do about it. I can't imagine living with that noise constantly. There might be meds that help you sleep...some people listen to soft music to tune it out...find a specialist and see what options are available to you.

I have the same problem for many years, the Dr. said it was nerve deafness, noise deafness, most likely caused by exposure to loud musice or loud noise. Nothing can be done to help.

I would see a doctor and see if they can find a reason or solution. you may have hearing damage or you may just have fluid or an ear infection.
