I work there.
Once a violent psych patient punched me and I split my forehead against a door. Since I was the only doctor in the department, I had to wait til the morning shift arrived to get it stitched up. I had to work through the shift with blood oozing from the cut, and all the patients were asking what had happened. One of them had a tiny scratch on the finger and wanted it stitched. I said "It's nothing compared to (peeling off my bandage) this!" and she screamed and ran out of the department!
