because I'm having this ear infection forever

Go to your doctor (preferably an ENT) and be aggressive about getting it cured. If you don't you risk setting yourself up for permanent hearing loss or epilepsy. They might have to insert "tubes" in your ears to drain it. They can do this to adults without anesthesia.
