what is the difference between engo-plast and engo-gram?

My father has just been throgh and engo-gram today. Now he is released out of hospital but doc said he will have to go back for engo-plast.

An angiogram is the procedure to look at the blood vessels, angioplasty is when they try to "fix" the narrow or blocked blood vessels.
