Anyone have a recipe for a cold cure. I really need to get rid of this cold that's been hanging on for a week. Tried Vit C tabs but hasn't helped. I eat lots of veges and fruit every day. Nothing works. Help!

9 weeks ago I shattered my hand practicing Kemp with my instructor, I initially broke it in 3 places. It has healed completely since then but everything I do with that hand causes pain, and sometimes I cant move it at all. I went to my doctor he said I was fine. I went to a surgeon and he did surgery saying that a nerve or a joint was pinched or something. Since then it has been hurting worse and more often, can someone tell me whats wrong? Or atleast what I should do?

i have extreamly frequent urination, a weird sensation when i pee that is intense but not actually painful, and my urine is cloudy.
my question is, isnt there a over the counter test you can take to see if you have one..
and isnt there a over the counter medication you can take for it too.
and how effective are both of these items..

normally i would go to the doctor but cant really afford it right at this moment in time..

Its effecting pretty much the whole left upper outer thigh muscle area.
He complains of numbness to the touch and a burning sensation.
I can't find anything similar in my self care medical guide and he has no visible injuries, marks, or irritations. The only thing that is different is is that the skin is slightly lighter in color than the rest of his leg. Without insurance he doesn't want to get it checked out.
Does anyone know what this is or has experienced something similar?
Is it serious?
He works in Asphalt Maintence, he shovels asphalt, slurrys & stripes so he is on his feet a lot, walks a lot and uses his leg muscles quite a bit. (Average workday is 10 hrs)
It's been a few weeks since this started, and hes had little down time.
Please tell me what you think.

I experienced a shoulder injury in October of 2005. I've been to different doctors and have had x-rays and mri's taken but yet everyone seems to agree that there isnt a tear or break anywhere in my shoulder area. I keep experiencing sharp pains everytime i raise my hand up over my head or make a throwing motion. After too much use, the pain is really uncomfortable and sometimes it results in me not being able to move my arm for a day or two This is very frusterating since I am an athletic person that likes to lift weights and play sports which involve these specific motions. Icing and anti-inflammatory's have not resulted in a solution either. Im curious if there is anyone out there that has had a similar injury and if so how did you get rid of it?

hospital for 2 days.. the nurses left used needles on your bed and in the floor around your bed AND upon release they told you to walk out of the hospital instead of getting you a wheelchair because you didn't have insurance??
