yes, it happens every split second of every second of every...you get the point. The problem is seeing change and knowing when it is appropriate to change. Many people have problems doing this (it is inherent in all of us). I have one suggestion - Read a book called "Who moved my cheese?" it is a book devoted to understanding change in all situations. (it can seem a bit corny, but the metaphor is valid and can really shine some light on many situations).

We all change every day.... our minds, our clothes, our attitudes and over time we are able to change the very world we live in by our thought and action.
