Seems everynight I get these random heart beats. They're fast and hard and they make me feel like I am forgetting to breathe. Any suggestions?

You should get an EKG. These may not be important, but they could indicate an irregularity that could cause problems. See your doctor and explain IN DETAIL what is happening.

do you drink too much caffein? i sometimes drink coffee but there are some coffee that i cant drink cuz it makes my heart beating so fast.
you should go to the doctor, sometimes if you eat unregular can cause heart beating too.

hi , dont worry its not that big deal , i swear that's happing 2 me these days , i went to all doctors in my country , all of them said that i dont have anything , its only a sycologic thing, maybe you are thinking about something is going to happen , or you had something badhappend, or u finished a love relationg ship , and i hope that u r going to be all right soon , bye

go to a doctor,it ma be a simple aritmya , a panic attack or serious deasise

could be caffeine, could be prolapsed mitral valve, could be harmless, could be a real problem. Only your cardiologist knows for sure. Please get it checked out.
