my bf is having a really bad pain on the left part of his stomach, i dont think it can be apendicitis since the appendix is on the left right? does anyone have any idea what it could be? he's had the pain all day and can barely get up or cant get up at times. thats pretty much all the information i have but im really worried, can anyone help me out? thanks

I have a really bad sunburn on my shoulders and my back. I have been useing aloe vero and lotion but it still hurts! What else can I use? Is there anything I can do to prevent it from peeling?

the biggest problem with any organization today including the Hopsital Industry is retention of man power.There is a high attrition rate among nurses in Indian Hospitals.Am looking for some stategies that may have been developed successfully to tackle this problem or at least reduce it.

The bottoms of my feet hurt and feel bruised. I have not changed shoes. when they started hurting I did go out and buy some real nice insoles thinking it would help but they still feel bruised.

I have an ache in my arm that wont go away. It is in the crook of my arm. I use to be able to sleep on this arm but now at night it hurts to much. It started out just hurting at night now it is hurting all day and night. It is also in my thumb. I contemplated carpul tunnal but my hand doesnt go to sleep. it just hurts!

My 8 year old son has been running a fever for 2 days. It was 104.2 two hours ago....I gave him motrin (I've been piggybacking with Tylenol) and a cool bath, and his fever is down to 102.6
Is that enough of a difference in 2 hours? Is it normal for kids this old to get such a high temp? Should I call his pedi? It's almost 10 pm here....will they think I'm over-reacting?

I have a cup of coffee every morning .. but some days I feel dizzy and my heart race a lot .. I have the same coffee every day made by me but I never know when I'm getting this .. I wonder if there's something you can do once you have the coffee not to feel so alert ??? maybe start jumping so kill the energy .. oh and I hate Decaf!! help!

dizzyness and a couple of times I have nearly fainted. I have given up alcohol because i feel to bad to drink and have only been smoking much less than usual. I have suddenly began having problems digesting certain foods and have had many headaches and sinus issues. For so long I haven't felt like myself but like I'm always not 100%, more like 70. I often feel cranky and sometimes even aggressive. I eat well regularly excercise. Whats my deal?

Ok, one of my friends (girl) has been seeing this guy for almost two months. And, she's slept with him a few times...and also stayed the night at his house a few times. So, she told me that she stayed there both Friday night and Saturday night. And that, Saturday night she woke up in the middle of the night (while he was sleeping on his stomach) and she got this bright idea to grab the flashlight he had on his end table......and look at his butthole. She said that he didn't wake up, but when she shined the light on it that she saw a few white worms...and they were scared of the light and went back inside! She was freaked out and left, she called me laughing about it. I told her she should go to the doctor because maybe she got some. She says that she would notice if she had worms, but obviously this guy doesn't know....could she get them!? And what are they?

I am basically a very fair person. My nicknames have always been Casper and the like. I started tanning several weeks ago, starting out with three minutes and working my way very slowly up to 12. I went today and actually started to fall asleep. I thought that was strange, as I am never in there long enough to nod off. On the way out, I asked how long she had set the timer for. Her response was OOPS! A thousand apologies and a very bad burn later, here I am .... doing my best lobster impression. It's been years since I have allowed myself to get burned. Any suggestions?

My husband and I are definately done having kids.. we have two beautiful, healthy, happy daughters and with a genetic disorder that runs in my husband's family we're going to settle with the two we have and not gamble anymore. I am currently on NuvaRing, but we want something more permanent. We've researched both, but wanted to get some feedback from people who have been there- would you recommend a vasectomy or a tubal??
