Any time there is a pain as bad as that, it is essential to have it seen by a doctor right away. if you can not get him up to a car, call an ambulance, but get him to the emergency room right away. Waiting can kill him.

He should call a doctor immediately, or go to the emergency room, especially if he can't get up or breathe. I'm not sure which side the appendix is on, but if he has a burst appendix and doesn't treat it, he could die. Also, if he feels the pain in his back as well, it could be the kidneys. A ruptured spleen is very serious as well. There is also a possibility he cracked a rib. He should call a doctor, go to an urgentcare facility, or an emergency room. Don't mess around - go.

This could be referred pain. You should take him to the ER and have them evaluate him. This could still be an appendicitis. Yes, appendix is in the right lower quadrant.

If it is that bad, what don't you take him to the ER or a doctor? It is the smart thing to do. Left side could be lots of things, some of them serious, too many to speculate in fact. I would take him in to a doctor.

i do no longer think of you could fairly value it, with the aid of fact each-physique's discomfort tolerance is distinctive. i think of it additionally relies upon on how long you have been in hard artwork for and the place your hard artwork is (ex. back hard artwork is ordinarily worse with the aid of fact they'd't do something for it with drugs.) besides the undeniable fact that, they say that when a woman has somewhat one, their discomfort tolerance is larger than a guy's. And adult adult males usually (think of they) have a extra physically powerful discomfort tolerance. additionally, having long previous via a 40 hour hard artwork and start, i might ought to assert probable an 8-9. however the worst became crowning and pushing the pinnacle out.

It just started.... could be nothing more than trapped gas.... keep an eye on it - if it gets worse, you might want it looked at.... if it stays the same, and no fever or anything - it will probably 'pass'......
