Im so tired, I wake in the morn and hit snooze without even knowing and wake up minutes before i have to leave for work. I used to be a big partier during the week but stopped that due to being hungover all the time but now I feel as if Im hungover anyway. I went through a bit of personal drama about two months ago and was putting the tiredness down to the result of stress but my life has settled down and i still feel a wreck most of the time. My diet is ok, its not great but not lacking in a decent amount of vitamins etc, and i sleep at least 7hrs a night. I dont work out but walk plenty to and from work and am active when Im not sprawled out on the sofa nearly unable to drag myself off it to go to the store. So any advise? I need to get my energy back, im only 25 and have reciently started a new job that i really need to be awake for! Help!
