if yes dont, it contains sorbitol which is bad for you and can damage your stomach (only if you chew it a lot). I found this out the other day, just thought id pass it on.

I take a multi-vitamin, omega 3-6-9, and a B complex vitamin daily. Each are drugstore varities i.e. Centrum, Stuarts or Puritan's Pride. But I keep hearing the debate that whole food vitamins are better for you. Yet when I asked my Doctor at my last check-up she said it doesn't matter. Does anyone know what the truth is on this matter. I just want to be sure the vitamins I'm taking are working and whole foods vitamins are so much more expensive.
What's your opinion?

my son is 3 years and 6 months. he is having a swelling behind his left ear. the doctors said it is an ear infection with fluid accumulation in the middle ear and prescribed antibiotics. after three days also i find no improvement in his condition so we planned to take him to our native. can we travel in flight in this condition? will it worsen the condition or will he face any problem during the travel? kindly give us advice. many thanks in advance
