Bad Sunburn?

i got a sunburn yesterday, and its already really bad, i cant even touch my forehead and shoulders unless im putting on aloe or vinegar, but those only last for so long, is there any thing else i can do to make it less painful, and how long do u think it will last, oh and do u think it will get worse??

oh and i dont think me dehydrating is a worry, even without sunburn all i usually drink is water, oh and this is actually the first bad sunburn ive gotten in 3 years, and this is the worst one, believe me sunscreen is my new best friend.

All you can do is stay out of the sun, keep putting aloe on and take cool showers. It's already as bad as it gets, and in a few days you'll be fine. Hopefully, you've learned your lesson. Too many times like this causes skin cancer.

Aloe is all you can do putting vinegar(acid) on a burn is not good you do more damage. You could go to doctor you get dehydrated from sunburn, my doc gave me scrip burn cream. You can still develop blisters or even a secondary infection. Most sunburns take at least 4-5 days before relief. I have layed on wet sheets, taken cool baths used Noxzema and aloe. Best way to treat is prevent with sun block. Sun block being applied now sounds stupid but it helps moisten your skin. Good luck

Mustard helps. It also kinda make it turn into a tan.
Desitin also helps a load. Its that diaper cream. Sounds kinda silly but its awesome!

go to ER SOUNDS LIKE YOU MAY HAVE A 3RD DEGREE BURN AND THE STUFF YOU ARE USING MAY SCAR AND INFECT THE AREAS INVOLVED. DONT MESS WITH YOUR FACE
