saline solution...You can buy it at the drugstore. Totally natural. It is called Ocean Spray.
I swear by it..
Also any Zicam products. But be careful they can really dry you out.
Good Luck!!

Not sure about natural remedies...I personally don't believe in most of them. I guess that you could try and snort some pepper, that would probably work.
A bit less painful, though, have you tried over the counter medications? Try a combination of the pills and the sprays. There are a multitude of each. Make sure that you drink a lot of water (to help you body fight off the infection and to help liquidify your mucus, so that it passes easier). Before you use the spray, make sure that you blow your nose really, really well. You might want to do this in the shower...the warm, humidity will help and you will go though less facial tissues. Lie on your back when you use the spray and sniff as you squirt it in. Be ready, all of the good sprays that work will taste like crap. lie with you nose pointed to the ceiling for a couple of minutes...as soon as you sit up the medication will start to run out. Make sure that you use the spray as often as the manufacturer says...and try using one of the pills at the same time. Check with your doctor first, though, if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or have other medical conditions.
Back to the natural remedies, I have heard of "water sniffers." These are people who pour water through their noses and spit it out of their mouths (or just swollow it) to clean their noses out. Again, with my personal beliefs, I can see how it might work, but I would not try it my self.
Good luck, I know how much nasal congestion can be a pain in the butt.

Steam works well. Fill a bowl with hot water, place your head above it with a towel over it to keep the steam in. Another remedy is to get regular saline solution and use that instead of the Nasonex. I have been taking Claritin and it has really helped my congestion from allerigies.

Ginger. Take ginger teas, and stay away from vitamin C! Vitamin C is good BEFORE having congestion (it is taken as prevention), but if you have it it while having a congested nose/throat/flu it will make the mucus even more dense.
Also, a vaporizer with alcamphor can help.

Spicy, hot Buffalo chicken wings will clear your sinuses. Your nose will run like crazy for a lil' while, but then you'll clear up.
Also, it's not a hone remedy, but try claritin, sudafed, bebedryl, or allegra. You need to find the right drug that orks for you so you're not relying on home remedies in the future. :)
