Why don't I think you should do it?
Breaking a bone is not exactly a walk in the park. Not only would you be incapacitated for a long while, but numerous complications could arise. First of all, you could experience substantial internal bleeding, which can be quite painful in some cases.
Another risk is something called compartment syndrome, which is caused when your muscles start to swell excessively. The pressure within the muscle increases, which deprives it of normal blood flow, and could lead to muscle death and even amputation.
While it doesn't occur very commonly with fractures of the lower limb (it occurs most often in hip fractures), a pulmonary embellism is also possible. This happens when an artery in your lung is suddenly blocked by a blood clot, and it can stop your breathing and potentially kill you.
There are also, of course, risks following the repair of the fracture. If you're obese, this could place extra stress on the site of the fracture and create a longer, more painful healing time. Smoking and alcoholism can also slow the process. If there is insufficient blood supply to the site, the fracture may not heal. An infection is also very possible, especially if the fracture results in an open wound - and infections can be deadly.
Is all of this really worth $350?

Have her kick you really hard. I think the pain of breaking your ankle or hand would not be worth the $350 she would give you, but that's just my opinion!

The cost to have a broken bone set will be more than the money your "friend" is offering , so I wouldn't do it...If you have your heart set on trying it anyway....hit your friend really hard in the face. This will probably break your hand and give the rest of us something to talk about.

What if you break it in such a way that it is irrepairable. You will never know when you are breaking it. Is $350, or even $3500 sufficient to carry all the pains you will need to carry for your life in that case? Think about that.

You shouldn't do it mainly because if you friend offered you that, they are not a friend, unless they meant that you did it on accident. If you don't have health insurance, you will need more than $350 just for the X-Ray. So, don't do it.

You definitely should not break anything! It could be an injury that could plague you for the rest of your life. As you get older, you could develop arthritis, bursitis, etc. Believe me, it's crazy and not worth even thinking about!
