Sometimes when I eat or drink too fast I get to coughing and can not seem to get over it until I finally cough up a lot of clear mucus-fluid. I really do not know why, I feel fine before it happens and fine after I finally quit coughing. I will monitor this question to see if you get any good answers.

You either have a cold, the flu (not likely), allergies, or exposed to an irritant like cigarette smoke that has irritated the airways in your lungs.
Now, if you've been vomiting clear mucusly fluid my guess would be that you've been drinking a bit too much.

Probably airborne allergies. Without a fever it's almost a sure bet. If you have a fever, it's probably a viral infection.
