If you've been cleared of STDs and infections, itching can be caused by shaving irritation, non-cotton underwear, bad hygiene, perfumes in your pads or tampons, lotions, soap or even laundry detergent. Try changing to gentle products and hold off on the shaving and see if that changes it. There are topical anti-itch creams and gels available at any drug store or grocery store. One that worked for me is Vagisil, which is for the external area only.

Alohas
Kleen free Enzyme soap works very well on mites and scabies as well as fungus's. 8 ounces of the concentrated solution will make up a gallon of it and it's great,, Add about 4 ounces of plain old ARM &Hammer baking Soda and stir in well to disolve it when you mix the Gallon up, and then use it on your butt 3 or 4 times a day with a cleaned Dampend wipe cloth and you'll probably find it to go away pretty fast.. God Bless and Good Luck,,

Just shower really good and apply a thin layer of Preparation H. This should do it. If you continue to have problems you may need to see a Doctor. This is not uncommon in the summer months, especially if you sweat alot.

You can go to any drug store and buy creams that'll help with that. Or if you're too embarrased, buy an aloe vera leaf from the grocery store, scrape the insides out till it's in a slightly chunky paste and use that... it should work :)

Now there's a question?
I recently read a serious article suggesting the application of chilis.
Possibly the heat stops the itching, question is, which would you prefer.
