Wow. Um, huh. That stinks. I'm not sure what I'd do except call the doctor and tell him your situation or maybe even the ER if it doesn't come out on its own. Not like it's life threatening or anything, but it doesn't seem healthy to have a foreign object lodged in your sinus cavity.

My wife has this happen once in a while - usually with food. The impact depends on the specific pill, but if the pill doesn't damage your stomach it likely won't hurt your sinus. Saline spray is safe and may help it disolve more quickly.

Drink water and let it dissolve. If it s really lodged in there well - you may need to go to the emergency room and have them remove it - especially concerning the type of drug that it is - as you mentioned - it could do damage to your sinus, or worse cause an infectio to the simuses - and that hurts like hell for a bit.

Put your nose in a warm bowl of hydron peroxide and try to blow a bubble in???
Won't it just melt?
Are you serious? I have no idea .
Maybe try to throw up....it might work.
I am not a doctor; call the ER room and ask to talk to a nurse; is what I would do; before anything....

you will need to see an ENT doc for this. Call your local ER to confirm this. thye can call in whoever is on call to fish it out if the ER doc cannot find it himself. you are correct to be concerned about irritating the lining of your sinus. Go and make the phone call now.

Try blowing your nose.
If you can not see it, I would worry about it getting out of there. And not burning anything... depending on what med it was.
Go in to the ER and have them just pull it out.
We see things like that all the time.
They have the tools, and it will take like 5 min.
