Call the hospital and ask them if anyone is going on a medical mission.
If they are not going on a mission, then try searching for medical mission trips that are in your area, or within your church... I'm sure a third world country would be able to use your generiosity.

Wow that's very generous of you. I know my hospital goes on mercy missions to third world countries to perform life saving surgeries. Perhaps closer to home someone in your community needs those items, maybe a penny-saver ad or donate to a church group or nursing home? Or what about a different hospital or hospice.
