is there any way to make a homemade heat source to heat my ankle?.....?
i need to heat and ice my ankle and i have a icepack but no heat source......
is there any way to make something homeade to help?

no heat source at all? no hot water or a microwave? if you have one of those you can use a moist towel.

Yes,take a freezer bag and put two cups of uncooked rice in it.Place it in the microwave for about three minutes. There your set. You might want to wrap it in a ahnd towel.

if you have a microwave put a towel in it and it will heat it up or oven but if there is neither of them available try just soaking it in hot water
