dizzyness and a couple of times I have nearly fainted. I have given up alcohol because i feel to bad to drink and have only been smoking much less than usual. I have suddenly began having problems digesting certain foods and have had many headaches and sinus issues. For so long I haven't felt like myself but like I'm always not 100%, more like 70. I often feel cranky and sometimes even aggressive. I eat well regularly excercise. Whats my deal?

I suggest you go to a good general practitioner for a general exam. Write down your symptoms, when they occur, how long they last, etc. before you go. Also write down any questions or concerns you might have before the visit. Take these questions with you to the doctor. Though you may not feel like you need to visit a doctor, it might be in your best interest, as it sounds like a number of things are going on in your system that are upsetting your daily routine. Fatigue, headaches and sinus problems aren't always "normal" occurrences.

Good luck!

Reactive hypoglycemia? or any type of sugar problem maybe? You sound like me except that I don't eat well and I don't feel cranky unless I eat a lot of carbs or sugar. What are you eating?

There are many things that fit this description, get to your doctor and have some blood tests run. I hope you feel better.
