My 13 year old fell and hit is collarbone. He can move it up, down and around; however he can not move his arm straight in front of his body. The area is a little swelled but overall not to bad. He seems to be in a little pain but not too much.

I unlike most people dont have a lot of respect for GP's, I think that the only function they have is to diagnose that 'some thing'? is wrong.
They then pack you off to hospital to try and isolate whatever the problem is !
At work we call this covering ones ***!
I feel that their job can be now covered by computer,a suitable software programme with the required body hook up's would do the trick, with all sorts of outputs to emergency services incorporated.
We would still need a few GP'S to look after anyone unable to use the equipment, but the vast majority could be more useful working in a hospital !
I'm sure this would work out cheaper and instead of just 'passing the buck' these doctors could actually be sorting problems out first hand!
Any one agree??

When you have a bad sunburn, it often becomes very painful and glowing at night. I once heard that this has something to do with the gravitational power of the moon, in the same way that this causes the tidal movements. To be honest, it seems very unlikely to me, does anybody know more about this?

I work out 30-40 minutes a day - have normal meals and cheat eat maybe once a week - I havent lost a pound (nor inches) in months. Could stress be the culprit & if so how do I combat that?

Like I said, it's been 5 years since I smoked pot, but on the 26th of June I got pretty damn high, and I haven't smoked again since. I can stall the test a little because I'm guessing it's a urinalysis once I turn in my application.
