Maybe I can help you. I'm in Iraq right now, but I do have some experience with this. I'm from Louisiana, my mom had a colostomy. There is a place in Crowley, Louisiana called Carmichael's. You'll have to do an internet seach to get their number. They may be able to ship your supplies with medicare covering everything, and if they can, then they'll need your doctor to fax them the prescription of what you need. Or, they may be able to point you in the right direction. This is the first thing that popped in my mind...so I wanted to tell you this. Hopefully either way, they can help. They're very nice. Yes, Physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists need convincing. You have to be able to persuade them that they should use your equipment and one of the most important pieces of your argument is the effectiveness of your devices. You need solid, compelling clinical research to get clinicians to buy in to your product. Independent clinical trials and case studies can be very expensive, but either you or the manufacturer you represent must have them in order to succeed.
