It's because people's sweat glands differ from others or maybe there is irregularity in their sweat glands. Another natural cause is the person maybe always nervous.

iono..i kno this one guy in my class...everytime he passed his paper back itd be all wrinkled up lol..he had to get surgery on his hands...for somethin...aww i kinda felt sry for him
