Drink lots of distilled water with a pinch of sea salt.

Take a supplement called MSM for body aches.

A drop of Wild Oregano Oil in a glass of carrot juice with a dash of cinnamon could help.

I would drink a glass of apple juice with a tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, a dash of cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne three times a day.

If you have access to tannic acid from a pharmacist, ask for some. Make sure to take an Iron supplement to go with it.

I would also take Vitamin C.
