When the weather turns from Winter to Spring (end of March) and from Summer to Fall ( October) I get terrible laryngitis that lasts a week or more.
Does anyone else find that weather change causes their laryngitis?

After and during running I find that I've been coughing up mucus ( the color is clear). Also, I have seen that I feel out of breath. I've been in a warm climate for a year straight and now I have returned home to a colder climate. Could this be a reason. I have no signs of illness for example cold, flu, fever. Any helpful info would help. thanx

The symptoms include chronic dry cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, sesceptability to respiratory disease, chronic low grade fever, and most recently, a possible granuloma above the shin and a rash on the backs of the knees. The "patient" also has anemia, which may contribute to the fatigue and shortness of breath, but her mother was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis.

I had a soccer game today (I'm midfield and our team had 8 to their 11 players) and here's what happened:

- About 5-10 minutes into the game, I had shortness of breathe and heavy breathing

- Breathing through mouth a lot, spitting out some phlegm

- Drank a lot of water and sat down at half time which helped, also sneezed a bit

- Tried to breathe more through the nose and out through the mouth during second half which helped a little, but was still breathing hard

- After the game: slight coughing, sniffling, sneezing was occurring, and constantly having to clear the throat of phlegm

I don't think it's because I'm out of shape, because this was happening to me back when I was in high school too when I was in the best shape.

I recently took my 5 month old to the pediatrician for wheezing and she said that he had RSV/bronchitis and she informed me that they cannot give an infant of his age antibiotics and that if he started to have trouble breathing or didn't improve to bring him back.....So about 2 days later he started running a fever and having trouble breathing so i took him to the local E.R department and the on call physician diagnosed him with pneumonia/bronchitis and gave him a breathing treatment at the hospital and sent him home with an antibotic and a prescription for albuterol syrup, so i filled his prescription for the medicine and did a follow up visit in 2 days like instructed and it was with another doctor because his pediatrician was on vacation and this doctor took him off the albuterol and put him on a breathing treatment until his appt in 5 days with his normal ped. what can be wrong with him? asthma? allergies? please help me i am very scared!-mother of three in ohio

What usually happens at a cosulation for "sleep apnea". I have problems breathing at night, and I wake up sometimes gasping for air ! It doesn't happen every night. Also if the doctor does order a sleep test, what if my breathing is fine that night, is there any other way they can tell I might have a sleeping problem if it doesn't happen "Every Night" THANKS SO MUCH!

I have developed a bad habit of eating raw rice, I really love eating crunchy raw and water soaked rice, I also like to eat clay this is a craving, but I do not eat it because I know it is not good for health. Comparatively I think rice eating is less dangerous.
