One size fits all, they don`t block the sound completely but deaden it sufficiently to allow you to sleep. Trouble is they make my ears sore after a few nights.

They help to decrease the sound, but if its a sound close to you like someone snoring you may still hear them a little bit. I've found if you have some other sounds going fainting like a fan or an air cleaner, the snoring will be blocked out somewhat.

Not if the snore is too loud. The best type to try however are the wax plugs from Boots.

my husband works for a company that makes ear plugs and yes they do work as for the size they are made of expandable foam so each plug when inserted shapes to the size of your inner ear these ear plugs are on sale at your local pharmacy for about 1 50 for two pairs good luck

No they dont. I have a freind that has tried many brands and none of them seem to work. I have had my boyfriend try the nose strips and that didnt work either. One size does not fit all. Some are to bis and others are to small.

I find that they fall out more often than stay in. If they stay in at all for any length of time they decrease the noise a wee bit but they don't totally block it out.
