I deal with them too, and I use good old preperation H, hemorrhoid cream. Also you can take a hot bath with epsom salts, in the water, and that helps to relieve the swelling. It is time to change your diet, as you need more fiber to help everything soften up, and come out easy. I eat an apple everyday, as that is what helps me. Too much meat is no good, so you really need to incorporate, more fruits and veggies in your diet. good luck.

There are many reason for this condition.

Find the reason and eliminate the condition.

Please see a doctor.

In general if the cause is constipation then elimination of this condition is easy, warm fluids, soft food with ample fibber, exercise, rest, in general healthy life style........

One gallon of fluid mainly water per day will help.

PS:

"Annie D" is right.

Once you get them they do not disappear but they can be managed by diet and over the counter stuff during flair ups without surgery but can be removed by surgery but little slip up and it will re-occur.

Your diet should be moderate in fibre and soft diet as diets rich in fibre are likely to irritate the colon and less fibre cause constipation. Constipation should be corrected by having a regular bowel habit. Take adequate amounts of water. Consume good amounts of fruits and vegetables. Dry figs, prunes, and raisins are effective for the treatment of hemorrhoids.

Most importantly, first of all avoid any straining for passing stools even if you do not get pressure for one or two days.

Take plenty of Green Vegetables in meals and take 15 glasses of water per day.

Avoid too spicy foods and take non-veg in moderation.

Avoid alcoholic drinks and cut down on smoking, tea and/or coffee.
