I believe the term is actually naet and it's a type of desentitising method similar to allergy shots for allergies. From the little I have read about it, people with CFS also have alot of sensitivities to food and toxins released from bacteria, viruses and things like candida. This in turn exhausts the person and their immune sysytem and naet is supposed to "retrain" the body to deal wiht these better and lessen fatigue as well. I've never done it, heard it's very expensive and might be a little hard to find someone to do it. But I've also heard it works really well for those with multiple food allergies(you might have them and don't know it) and yeast issues.
