Smoking anything is illegal for people under 18 years old.
Best advice, don't smoke anything, ever.

i would say yes no different than cigerettes,except this just seems illegal like pot,crack,meth etc and worse as far as im concerned it seems like drugs not just tobacco kind.drugs are wrong and bad for anyone more so for a growing 16 yr old shame on you
