Besides the diet offered earlier, I would go to a doctor or nutritionist to see what I might be lacking. Because in some cases, even if you are eating healthy, your body can't process the foods properly. A lot pregnant women crave clay or the ice in old fashioned freezers.

Eating Raw Rice

it's not bad! If you eat it as a meal. Why, all Asia eats raw rice. It's good. But if you are eating it non-stop, and eat nothing else, you may have pica. Pica is an appetite for non-nutritive substances (e.g., coal, soil, chalk, paper etc.) or an abnormal appetite for some things that may be considered foods, such as food ingredients (e.g., flour, raw potato, starch). The scant research that has been done on the root causes of pica suggests that the majority of those afflicted tend to suffer some biochemical deficiency and more often iron deficiency. Pica may also be a symptom of a hookworm infection. Symptoms may also include a pinkish hue to the skin, particularly around the mouth. Treatment options include: discrimination training between edible and nonedible items, self-protection devices that prohibit placement of objects in the mouth, sensory reinforcement involving screening (covering eyes briefly), contingent aversive oral taste (lemon), contingent aversive smell sensation (ammonia), contingent aversive physical sensation (water mist), brief physical restraint, and overcorrection (correct the environment, or practice appropriate or alternative responses).

With high nutrients, rice is a good source of insoluble fiber, which is also found in whole wheat, brand and nuts. Insoluble fiber reduces the risk of bowel disorders and fights constipation. Among other nutrients, rice is rich in carbohydrates, the main sources of energy, low in fat, contains some protein and plenty of B vitamins.

Eating unmilled rice does not have an effect on your health if you only eat it once in a while. Also, the effectiveness is not felt or seen quickly.

The most important thing is to keep eating the unmilled rice with a balanced diet.
Before polished rice was introduced, people ate unmilled rice. Although the skill was introduced, the common people still used to cook and eat unmilled rice, but nobles ate polished rice. Therefore, dietary habits of eating polished rice spread to the common people in the Muromachi Period about 640 years ago. The unmilled rice is a little bit harder than polished rice. Therefore, it is sometimes hard for older people to chew the cooked unmilled rice. Also, the image of unmilled rice is "the taste of rice is not good." Those are some reasons why people do not want to eat only unmilled rice in their everyday diet. However, unmilled rice attracts a great deal of attention these days because of the effects on human health mentioned above. Of course, everyone wants to be healthy and have beautiful skin but they do not want to eat food that tastes bad. Because it is not necessary to eat only unmilled rice, people usually mix the unmilled rice with polished rice when they cook. A ratio of unmilled rice and polished rice is 1 : 2 or 3.

Your diet must be lacking in any vitamin or mineral and that can be the cause of your craving to eat raw rice and clay. Eat a balanced diet, which includes rice, wheat, pulses, green and other vegetables and plenty of fresh fruits in the diet. Do deworming.
