I cannot tolerate hungry for longer time. I feel hungry all of a sudden and I become weak and even my hands begin to shake. I remember that I have this at least from 1992.

Have yourself checked by a doctor, 15 years is a long time to go thrugh this, I would in the mean time keep a ennergy bar, or some energy food/drink near by just in case you need it right away. Thank God, you do not pass out.

I recommand eating 6 to 8 small meals, instead of eating three time a day. Do not exceed your calorries intake for the day. Use Bio-Mass-Index table as guide line.

First of all check your blood sugar. If that is normal have a balanced diet of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins and minerals. To maintain good health and to function efficiently our bodies need plenty of water. Drink 1.5 - 2 litres of fluid daily. Follow a regular four-meal pattern.

You may have hypoglycemia or may be a diabetic. I don't mean to scare you but maybe you should see your family physician and have some blood work done to determine what is going on. This is really easy to determine and to fix but you have to know what you are working with.
