A spot on the lung could be anything from benign growth, a mold infection, cancer or even TB. What you need is a differential diagnosis before you try treating it via traditional or homeopathic methods. Eating a healthy, sensible diet is always good idea. However, setting up an appointment with a good MD that specializes in pulmonology is a great place to start. S/he will probably recommend a biopsy. Best of luck to you.
