There is nothing wrong with you. You have a strong pulse. As long as you are not running a fever or have any other signs/symptoms of anything do not worry about it.

This isn't terrible rare. A lot of people experience this, and since you are having heart burn, that may contribute. Take an something for the heart burn. One tip to prevent heartburn at bed time is to not eat for an hour or before.

I have that sensation...it's not your pulse, it's gas...wicked gas...I have reflux disease (gurd)and that's one of the worse symptoms...feels like it's going from your stomach right up to your throat, right? Almost can take your breath away, correct? This is actually the 1st time I heard someone that has that same symptom..thought it was my heart also at 1st...go to a GI and let him do the barium test...he'll get you on meds that will really help you. Good luck.

sounding like you are paranoid----------have you been doing any drugs? It is normal to fill your heart beat throughout your body when you are quiet or not moving!
If you really think it is a problem--see a doctor!
