I have been told Im low in iron I was 5 is this low. I had other blood work done not sure on what and all came back normal. I hadnt been well for some time with fatigue, sore tongue and throat, sore joints and more worse restless legs than normal. what is the optimal range for iron levels and What would of caused low iron as I think my diet is quiet good.

My son has been coughing a lot lately and I can hear the difficulty he is having breathing. I have taken him to several doctors and they all say the same thing. I really believe that he has asthma due to giving him breathing treatments that have worked. Is there anything else I can provide my 7 year old to help ease his condition?

I only smoke while on my meds but when i do i smoke about 1 pack that whole day. but i will go days without smoking then i take my meds and go through a whole pack so which is worse not smoking for days and then smoke while on meds or smoking everyday i want to know which is worse on my lungs???????

I have tried the patches and a quit center and also the gum and lozenges. Maybe my problem is I don't want to quit as it is my time out from caring for my disabled daughter anyway does anyone have any sggestions? I been a smoker for 37 years. Dr says my lungs are in very bad shape. I really need some serious help here

I started with a cough and a sore throat mid November. After that I was just a little bit congested and the cough was still there. I went to the Dr. and found out that I have no strep throat.. Well I have been couhging mucus forever it seems like. What should I do? My lip is cracked and I can feel my sinuses turning.

I had recently got over a Cold. However this was a different kind of cold. First it started with the WORST Soar throat that I had in my life! It hurt pretty bad every time i swallowed. I had runny nose, Ichy and watery eyes. My Eyes were bloodshoot a pretty bad! (never had that happend to me when sick) . After about 1 week I got over all those symtoms. However I was left with the most annoying cough ever! This cough does not scratch or hurt my throat at all. Sounds very bad when i cough but I feel fine. Im a NoN smoker!! What is this?? How can I help my body get rid of it??

I am a heavy smoker and have stopped smoking since christmas eve. Now I do coughed abit and at times, I feel feverish, as though a flu is about to start. I am not on any nicotine aids and I would like to know whether I have inflick any serious cause to my body.

I ask this because my daughter has had it twice in her life time and I belive she is on her way for the 3rd time. I really need to know some symptoms of it. Also her doctor said to me to give her a seasonal asthma inhaler but I'm afraid should I do it or not? Why?
