There is no cure for asthma only treatments and everyone has cholesterol it is just a matter of keeping it lowered.

there is no cure for asthma sorry. and i think that everyone has cholesterol its just a matter of watching how low/high it gets

otherwise, clean up your diet. proper balance is key. low carb/glycemic index, correct fats, high protein, high fiber, eating at the right times and avoid foods that bother you.
