i cough like hell and some stuff comes up and can't stop till i have i cig. am trying to quit but cigs make me feel better.how u get over the morning cough

It's natural it will takes time but if you really want to quit smoking try to lessen first than quitting it gradually. Quitting gradually is not good also. How many packs cigarettes do you take per day? Take a chewing gum or hard candies if you feel you want to smoke. Just think of patients who is fighting for lung cancer who have been a smoker.I know you dont want to belong to those group.Love yourself.

Oh, Lord! I had such serious coughs that I felt like my guts were ripping out.
Once I stopped smoking, it went away completely.
Quit now! Cold turkey. That's what I did, You will be glad.
Take care of your body before it's too late.

the morning cig ,kinda pastes the flem (gross)together.when you smoke less it starts to break up...a decongestant will help dissolve the stuff from the inside...something with an antihistamine.

You should quit.
However once you quit, you'll be coughing up all the years of damage to your lungs.

Please stop smoking..Don't ruin your health by yourself...Once you stop smoking everything gets better....Please understand....Don't smoke...If u have determination u can do it..Go see your doctor for help to quit smoking....Good Luck...
