I started with a cough and a sore throat mid November. After that I was just a little bit congested and the cough was still there. I went to the Dr. and found out that I have no strep throat.. Well I have been couhging mucus forever it seems like. What should I do? My lip is cracked and I can feel my sinuses turning.

I would say since a cold normaly lasts between 3-10 days you are past that mark. Go see your doc again, advise you are still ill, give them all the symptoms and they *should* prescrbe you something. It could be that it is now a bacterial infection in your lungs/sinuses or not an infection at all and just post nasal drip combined with dehydration.
Only the doc can say for sure, so give them a visit.
Good luck, HTH
