After just the first dose, taken at six in the morning, I couldn't sleep at all last night, and saw creepy crawlies all around . I hadn't combined it with any other caffine products. Is this a sensitivity to Guarana possibly? I am still a bit jumpy today, 39 hours later.

My grandmother is 93 years old, and slowly but surely, her body is starting to shut down. Today she complained that her hands and feet were losing sensation, and joked that she thought she was slowing "petrifying" from her extremities inward. When I mentioned this tonight to my husband (because I thought it was a crazy old bird talking) he said that she is actually right, and that when his parents died (also of basically natural causes) that they turned "cold" or "petrifyed" from the outside in, their hearts being the last warm thing in the body. Does anyone know anything about this, and if it has any merit, or is it a wives tale?

Okay, so I'm 13 years old, and I'm having these terrible stomach aches. About ten months ago, last May, I was walking around and shopping with my best friend. That was the first time it happened. I had just finished eating some ice cream, when I all of a sudden felt a rush of nausea. I dashed toward a garbage can, but nothing happened. I didn't burp, gag, heave or anything. I was still feeling exactly the same way, and nothing seemed to be changing, so my friend helped me walk into a nearby children's furniture store, where the manager allowed me to sit down on a comfortable chair with a plastic shopping bag in my hand in case I needed to vomit. I began to feel dizzy, and very weak. I felt bloated, too, and I still felt like I was about to barf. I was shaking uncontrollably, my hands were sweating and I was having difficulty breathing normally, I had to take deep breaths: in through my nose, out through my mouth. This has been happening all the time. Mostly

My brother in law was just recently in car accident and passed away. He was on alot of medication. Bupropion, Topamax, Suboxone, and Gabapentin. His doctor prescribed him all this and he was always tired. Shouldn't the doctor of told him that he couldn't drive? He leaves behind my sister of 31 and two young children.

im only 24 and i have constant pain in my hands wrists and arms, i thought it to be cts becasue i use my hands so much. but i also get severe migraine headaches, have what seems to be constant back and shoulder pain. i visit a chiropractor and it helped some at first but doesnt seem to anymore. my right shoulder always feels like someone is stabing me.sometimes i feel dizzy all of a sudden, and my eyesight has changed. sometimes my hands swell also.i feel sick on my stomach alot as well. ive had 2 kids and i know pregnancy effects alot of things, but i think for my age i feel really bad, the drs say that cant find anything wrong with me, but it hurts badly. the aleve and hot/cold packs dont work. im not sure what else to try.

I am aware that I might get some cases of GERD, where I feel heartburn down my throat and lower in my gullet. But sometimes at night I wake up in severe pain in my nose and i feel it in the nasal cavity as well. The pain is like a burn, and sometimes my nose leaks which all feels like some acid is poured in there. I try drinking milk but i ending up laying down waiting for it to go.

Sometimes my throat feels "sour" as well, but i feel this is like the early stage of all the 'horror' mentioned above.

Please tell me what i might be suffering here, and how can i get rid of it?

II am at a loss. I had a lump come up on my neck, where my thyroid is, and I went to the doc and she checked my TSH levels and said my samples were off the charts and sent me to an endocrinologist. He diagnosed me with Hashimingos Disease (sp) and put me on thyroid meds. The lumps on my neck are nodules and a biopsy showed no cancer. I recently moved and had to find a new doc. he checked my thyroid and said my thyroid was not bad, just a little slow but not enough to be on synthyroid. I don’t understand? I had previous doctors tell me that I had hypothyroidism and other docs tell me I didn’t. Can thyroid levels fluctuate? If so, often?

I had a lose recently, but cant seem to cry, and I know I need to release the tears but cant because I keep stopping myself, I know if I carry on like this it will make me ill, so if anyone knows of a drug or herb preferably to make me feel sad it would really help.

Heya. I'm a resonably healthy female who just had recent blood work done and my alt was 56. This is not that high, but the nurse who talked to me said it was concerning...she doesn't like me much to do a misunderstanding a long time ago and knows I have Generalized anxiety disorder so what I'm wondering is if an alt of 56 is really something to be concerned about or if she was just trying to upset me. Any thoughts?

My best friend and I have known eachother for five years. When I first met him - I thought he was an amazing guy. He seemed to relate to me so well. We had a couple of friends who were gay. My friend thought I liked them more than him and all of a sudden - he was gay. I always thought he was straight. I just thought he hid it well. Over the years he kept on telling all these stories that seemed too good to be true. He would tell me how many guys and girls fall over him all the time and how he has sex with different people all the time. It got to a point where it became very annoying. (All my friends swear he's a virgin.) I was never allowed over to his house cuz his mom supposedly had stalker issues. I found out from his brother that they lived in an apartment and my friend didn't want me to know he lived there because he already told everyone in school he lived in the rich side of town. Now his lies are piling up and I don't know what to do. Should I confront him?

I got my left ear cartilage pierced about 3 months ago and it was doing fine. But a few weeks ago it started to get all crusty. I changed the ring and cleaned it but it 's still sore. It's also been bleeding. I'm worried but really don't want to have to go to the doctor.

I've been having slight cramping in the lower abdomen for like 3 days. I have irritable bowel syndrome but really haven't had any trouble with it for like a month. I can hear "gurgling" in my tummy/digestive region, slight cramping (not bad enough to take soething, just irritating), bloating and slight spasims. I've had border line loose bowels too. It seems to be when I wake up and right before I go to bed. . .
I have taken a new position at work which has created some stress but I don't know if it would have been enough to trigger this stuff.
Anyone have ideas or something?
BTW, my kind of irritable bowel syndrome is diherrea, not constipation.

Why do so many people insist that terminally ill people should suffer every agonizing moment until death finally ends their ordeal? It would seem to me that anyone with a shred of compassion would welcome a quick end for such a person, if he or she freely chose that option.

My boyfriend has epilepsy, but it is controlled due to medication. When he has had really bad seizures in the past (grand mal, for long periods), he said the tongue thing was never an issue, and that no one ever advised him to bite down on anything, lest he bite off his tongue. But then I heard that people CAN bite off their tongues. What is the deal with this?
