In a warm environment one loses water as insensible perspiration (invisible) which evaporates in the environment. This loss is more when the temperature is higher.

In higher temperature ,especially with high environmental humidity, the loss becomes visible as perspiration.

If the body water loss by perspiration is not compensated by drinking then the kidneys come in to retain water and hence the decrease in urine production.

Hope this answers the question.
